In order to better reflect our peak call times and office visits we have changed our office hours effective March 4, 2013. Our new to hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30am until 4:30pm (they were 9-5). Someone is usually here well past 5 most days and we will take evening appointments.
While we understand this may cause the occasional inconvenience we have expanded our online capabilities and those of our carriers for better accessibility and convenience:
- All of our carriers now accept online payments (see our Make a Payment page)
- All of our carriers have 24 hour claims reporting (see our Claims Page). Some even have smartphone apps.
- Our office can now provide electronically stamped/signed RMV forms and virtually all other paperwork can be done electronically as well.
- We have upgraded our online Customer Service section (see our Customer Service Page ) which now includes several new customer forms & options and we receive almost instant notification of service requests even during off-hours.
